So what is TempoCap Growth Stories and why should you be listening to it? Simply put, it’s a series that explores how and why companies grow using real-life stories from across the TempoCap portfolio.

Investing in growth is what we do at TempoCap and understanding how and why companies grow is fundamental to our success. We’re extremely proud of our portfolio. Each company has its own unique growth story and a talented team behind it.

In this podcast series, we will be sharing these stories with you and speaking to the leaders who make it happen. We’re seeking to answer that vital but elusive question: how and why do companies grow profitably? It’s a question that is more important than ever in these challenging times.

In each episode, we sit down with a leader from one of our portfolio companies for a deep dive interview and, in their own words, tell the story of how they’ve grown their business. We get under the skin of what makes a great leader and hear what it takes to grow a company, how to shepherd it through the different stages of growth, and how to manage the highs, the lows, and everything in between.
