Dedrone Appoints Former FAA’s Daniel Elwell to Advisory Board

Very exciting news as our portfolio company, Dedrone, announces the arrival of Fmr. Deputy and Acting Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), Daniel Elwell, as our newest Strategic Advisor.

Elwell is a pioneer in U.S. aviation and drone policy and regulations, having led the FAA from June 2017 to November 2020, where he was responsible for the regulation and oversight of civil aviation within the U.S., as well as operation and development of the National Airspace System, including the safe integration of drones into the U.S. airspace.

At Dedrone, Elwell will advise our company on regulatory affairs and support the development of strategic initiatives in aviation and defence industries.
